- Provide an update on the transition of Prosper West and the formation of ESTAR West as a 501c3 organization
- Introduce a broader framework that aligns with the social drivers of health and focuses on quality of life in 78207
- Present the completed Anti-Displacement Study, by APD Urban Planning and discuss recommended next steps
- Establish working groups that will serve as the foundation for coordinated, place-based work that strengthens small businesses, supports residents, and ensures development reflects community priorities, in the areas of:
